Ordering Process (Including Quotation)
This document outlines the steps for placing an order and obtaining a quotation for our products and accessories. Please follow the steps below:
Select Product and Inquiry
Browse the product catalog to choose the desired product and any necessary accessories. Confirm that the total quantity meets the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). Write an email including your name, contact number, organization details, selected products and accessories, location information, and any special requests. Send this email to the specified contact.
Receive Quotation
We will evaluate your inquiry and send you a formal quotation that includes product details, prices, MOQ, shipping costs, and delivery times. Review the quotation carefully.
Place Order
If you accept the quotation, it is mandatory to provide the required documentation, including the end-user certificate. Confirm your order via email, including your shipping address and payment method. You will then receive an order confirmation email.
